The villa rental price includes the cost of water, electricity, gas, maintenance of the swimming pool and garden, and use of the villa's equipment (including cot and high chair) and utensils. Linen and towels are also included. Please bring beach towels for pool use.
Pool heating is recommended from October to April due to the seasonally cool evenings, and is charged extra at £15 or $25 per day.
A deposit of £200.00 or $300 will be required at the time of booking. The total cost of the booking, without further notification, will be due for payment ten weeks prior to the hire commencement date.
